Certainly did, but I believe that was down to the courier company readressing the package again and delivering correctly the second time.
I guess you could say they wrestled Danny to the mat on that one. Better than those shady deals . . . CLEARLY, ANYONE READING THIS THREAD SHOULD NOT DO ANY $ BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE UNTIL FOLKS START TO POST SATISFIED CUSTOMER STORIES RATHER THAN THE CURRENT DEBACLE. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing we users can do to make folks aware of the problems with this site. Steps off Soapbox, feeling a tad better but still frustrated. Sorry to all affected by these problems.
Last time I purchased anything from Ye Olde PriusChatte Shoppe was way back in late 2014, and Ye Olde @Danny (YeOldePriusChatte ShoppeKeeper) was most helpful, and got things sorted in pretty short order! I do not know if @Danny is still around - recent posts seem to indicate he's conspicuous by his absence! (…but the question must be "…are our hearts growing fonder of the old rascal?") Speaking for myself, I'd have to say "No!", but I am willing to be convinced!
It may be the case (but don't know) that the site relies on drop-shipping, so the issue could be with suppliers as well as the site, although I agree that the site ought to take charge and deal promptly and transparently with the issue, whatever it it.

Even if it were a issue with delays in getting the product that he in turn ships back out they could at least send an email or answer the phone. Let customers know there is a delay in shipping. As I stated in an earlier quote I wouldn't care if it took awhile to get it, but their failure to even answer the phone, PM's or emails plus the fact his online status says he hasn't been on since Feb. leads me to believe the prius chat shop is a flop
Well - I really didn't expect this, but apparently Danny is back and was really nice about it. I got an E-mail from him a little while ago. He apologized and said my order would be going out Monday and made it right with me. He didn't really explain the disappearing act, but I have hopes he can turn things around and get this outfit back on track.
Thanks for relaying that news, that is the first Sign of Life we have had on him in months, so we can now put aside the speculations on his possible demise.
