Purchased WeatherTech mats for the front and rear of my Prius V. The mats fit well however the holes in the mat don't align with the retention posts for the driver area. The holes are too far apart and inserting both posts into the mat causes the mat to buckle in the middle. Does anyone else have this issue? I'd like to return them however I'm worried that the replacement mats will have the same issue.
Return them, check for the right part number and trial fit before purchase. There are 3 different Prius Models and 4 Generations of one.
There is a Prius v and a Prius V. I hope you distinguished the difference before ordering. But hopefully a call to WeatherTech will help resolve the issue.
I checked with WeatherTech and the Seller on Amazon, they are correct for my 2013 Prius V (wagon). I would expect if my liners don't fit than others would have the same issue
The 1 at the end denotes first row. They are the correct ones. WeatherTech owes you a replacement under warranty...

My Weathertech mats fit the front drivers side of my '12 v Three. I presume you removed any original floor mats under the Weathertech mat.
If you end up returning them and are interested in another option, the Husky floor liners sold in the PriusChat shop fit like a glove! I got them for my 2013 Prius v five and I'm beyond thrilled. Rubber all weather mats are always my first purchase for my cars, and the Husky's are by far the nicest and most impressive I've experienced so far. They even cover the carpeting right below the door frame and have a raised edge to catch anything you might track into the car.
It appears people lately have had issues with the PriusChat Shop charging credit cards and not shipping product. Thee are a couple of threads. Buyer beware.
I placed an order a few weeks ago for the husky floor mats and one of the heatshield windshield reflectors. Both arrived as described and within a reasonable amount of time. I was given tracking info and didn't have any problems. Hopefully whatever issues are occurring get worked out.
