I have an 07 prius- battery died couple days ago. Charged battery, drove around town then left parked over night- started fine, drove around - no problem. Next day I start the car and I have the red triangle on and the orange car with the exclamation point inside. It's driving fine but what are all the lights for??

    Seriously?

Your Prius is sick. Take it to a mechanic since you are obviously clueless.

Your 12v battery may be on its last leg.
    Is it an older battery?
Measure the 12v battery in the morning before you start up the Prius.

Thanks, but does the orange car with the exclamation point have a specific meaning? My manual doesn't state.

Orange car / exclamation point is a Hybrid System Warning Light.
Unfortunately this error it is not specific and your problem could be one forty plus specific codes that need to be read by Toyotas techstream software (OBD2 readers available at autoparts stores often will not pull up hybrid specific codes).
A weak 12 volt which is used to boot up the multitude of system computers is notorious for throwing these false codes.
