Mine is Windows 7 with Chrome browser. It muddles every time I post, but after a cup of coffee, it's up. :p BUT, I can't drink any more, or I'll be up all night chatting here with no res. I didn't even try to install Android App on my phone. I can't type without physical keyboard. ;)

I'm seeing it on my desktop now. Still can't upload a file though, tried earlier this morning without success.

I keep picturing a repairman trying to get into a server room, but the door is jammed, Danny slumped against it on the far side.

Edit function also works like original post. Currently, the screen never refreshes. It never finish uploading edited comment. BUT if I walk away, and HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE then it is up and updated with the edited version.

I'm only using a Samsung 8in tablet with Android 7.0 but that is usually fast enough. Just tried again after a major clean up and still can't access priuschat.com directly, but a Google link to this forum has worked. My mind boggles!

I find if I manually refresh, right after an apparently stalled posting, it still doesn't appear to have happened. Give it maybe another minute, refresh again, and it has posted. I try to copy my text to Cipboard before attempting anything.

Still, this is no way to run a navy, site is a mess, there's no way everyone is going to patiently pussyfoot around all these foibles...

I don't think it's your hardware or software issue. It must be a server problem.

That sorta reminds me: the PriusChat search function is very poor. I'll use it often if I notice a thread of interest on my Phone, but would prefer to contribute on my Windows 10 desktop. I'll search for the thread title, spelled out, specify to search for thread titles ONLY, and the first time I search it invariably returns: "nothing". Repeat the search, and oh hey, then it finds stuff, lots. Usually the thread with that word-for-word title is well down the list.

Much simpler to just search with google "Priuschat "thread title".

Whew! Do I ever have a pile of notifications! All day long, no matter how many times I clicked the refresh, I got the ubiquitous "unexpected database error." Until I started getting a 404 forbidden message. Was the site totally down for repairs? It just came back for me.

More likely the traction battery. This is my first time in since early this morning.
I kept getting unexpected error which is different than the database error.

That was the conclusion arrived at about 2 years ago; seems I remember that Danny even confirmed it......in a round about way.

So.....all of this discussion about hardware, browsers, what keys to hit, etc. is ALL just a waste of time.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
NOTHING you do at your end will have any impact on that.

This morning I notice it takes a few seconds when I "like" a post. Is this the beginning of another ballistic day?

I observe the same phenomenon. On the other hand, posting is smooth without any hitch. We'll see where the day is heading. :(

My solution for the 'like' stall was for to refresh the page, then.... Shazam!

The storm seems to have abated for now.

EDIT This posting took 2 slow tries.
