Hi all, I'm calling on all who's ever ordered an item from the PriusChat Shop especially the Clazzio leather seats. On April 5, 2017, I ordered a Clazzio leather seats for my Prius and handed over my hard earned money of $450. As of June 14, 2017, I am still waiting on them. Over the months, I've tried to contact them to no avail. All phone messages have never been returned. They've never answered the phone whenever I call them. Does anyone know if it is a one person operation? They've returned a couple of e-mails regarding the status of the leather seats just to tell me the manufacturer sends them directly and I believe some general explanation. The latest was that he was going to check on the status and I'm still waiting. Customer service is one of my pet peeves and I have to give them a fat F on dropping the ball on this one. I'd especially like to hear from those of you who have ordered the Clazzio leather seats and your experience. I really don't think it's fair of them to charge my credit card of $450 without having shipped the item. Lots of companies do this. Technically, I'm losing interest on this. Thanks!
I bought my clazzio leather seats straight from Clazzio.com. But I called to get the 80.00 military discount. If you tell them that your military, they will take your word for it. I paid 419.00 over the phone. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I bought the auto door lock and have tried contacting them several times with no response. They sent me an email to review the product though. Pretty hard to do when I haven't even received it yet! I ordered the item a month ago.
My experience was outstanding. The PriusChat Shop (Danny) went above and beyond when I had an issue that was a manufacturing issue. Despite the fact that the problem had nothing to do with PriusChat, he stepped up and handled the whole thing. Thumbs up.
