Where did the "lower suspension" info you get from? Does it means different suspension or same one as lower trim but just lowered?

It's tuned differently, stiffer I think, but not lowered to my knowledge. I really like it.

The Three Touring and Four Touring have a lowered tighter suspension that decreases body roll. It is just a different setup according to Motor Trend. It improves handling and decreases ride quality a bit from when I drove them back to back. I preferred the Four's softer suspension.

I came from a 2015 Prius 3 to a 2017 Prius 3 Touring and the very first thing I noticed was that the car didn't roll nearly as much, but I wasn't sure if it was a gen 4 thing or a touring thing.

The difference between the two is extreme, in my opinion. I recently drove a 2017 corolla rental and the 2017 Prius 3 touring has better handling that it did. I see many reviews say that the gen 4 touring models still aren't "fun to drive" and they don't handle great, but it is by FAR the best handling car I have ever driven.

The 4T may ride a bit harder -- but not much. IMO the 17" are better on the car and we get great MPG. We have the Gen 3 five also .. MPG still well into the 50's .. the Gen 4 pushes 60. It's relatively flat in my neck of the woods.

No. It was meant for just 2016.

I maintain a spreadsheet in the KB section that has been updated.

The Toyota website is not too intuitive. Here is what I do with a non-mobile browser.
    Go to the Prius page
From the menu bar under the photo select Full Specs.
Scroll down to the bottom of that chart and select Download Brochure.
That is a PDF of what you can get from a dealer.
Near the end of the PDF there is a chart listing trim levels in columns and features/packages in rows.

I had to check the website as I wrote this because I think they have changed it again.

Ok. I assume you mean KB. That link might have been more appropriate unless someone was specifically researching 2016.

Sorry, but I tend to forget the KB section. If it were at the top near the Newbies forum it would be more visible.
Perhaps there could be a moderator note on Tony's page mentioning the KB article.

Is that $28,000 price including all taxes and fees, or is it before taxes and fees?
