Our DRLs go off with the parking lights and headlights.

I really have a hard time getting over the way the front end of the gen 4 looks. I feel like the Prime is a huge upgrade in visual terms.

Just about anything is going to more reliable than a Tesla though, based on our experience. It feels like our Model S constantly has stuff wrong with it (nothing that has left us stranded on the side of the road, knock on wood) and the loaners when it's in for service have given us reactions that run the gamut from "this car is gross - have they ever cleaned it?" to "how did this thing pass QA?".

On second thought, one thing came to mind - I think a Range Rover is probably going to be less reliable.

It would be if they did not have the big black grille!

The grille can be easily replaced with a body kit (though I suspect that if the relatively subtle grille on the Prime bothers you, aftermarket alternatives are very unlikely to be to your liking). The headlights are a much different story.

True, but the black front swayed me from considering the Camry when I got my Prius. the Prime had not yet been released at that time.

I imagine it's so that driver's can select headland on in daylight for whatever reason, if they feel the need.
