People in the Trump administration, such as the EPA director, have expressed strong disdain for anything related to clean air incentives. Petroleum/coal all the way is where they are at.

Yeah I'm working on a coal conversion kit for my Prime Advanced to sate Unca Donald's and Unca Scott's lust for the black stuff. Har,har! Better buffoonery in gubmint! official whitehouse/EPA seal.
Aw shucks, my clown emoticons didn't show up; oh well you get the idea!

Can someone please help me with this? I am about to buy a prius prime advanced 2017 model for about 28k. The car has 59 miles on it and was built in Nov 2017. If I buy this car in 2018, will I still be getting tax credit? Based on what I know, I would say yes but I want to be sure. Can someone please help? Thanks.

As long as you are the first registered owner you should be fine.

Thanks a lot CraigM. I thought so. I also talked to my tax preparer and she confirmed the same.
