    It has these black plate things in the bag. I'm not sure if they are block offs or leds.
    it also looks like some wires are inside.. I'll try and get a better look and follow up.

    Its in a gray primer gel coat

    Just block offs. I can order the lights but they are $100+

    I'll take 500$ since it doesn't come with lights
