Noting the apparent issues getting a consistent Bluetooth stream between iPhone 7 (plus), it occurred to me that a simple way around it for me might be to Bluetooth into my iPad instead.

It appears that you can have separate devices for music vs. calls, so...

Anybody seen any concerns with connecting iPads (especially Pros) to the P.Prime?

Relatedly, am I understanding correctly that the P.Prime can view an iOS device's playlists, and we can select and play those lists? If so, is there an option to shuffle those playlists?

I can definitely see my playlists via Bluetooth and USB from my iPhone 7+, on the Prime Advanced screen. I haven't tried my iPad but I would expect it to be the same. Page 105 of the Nav system manual (large screen) shows a Shuffle button for the USB connection, and page 110 shows it for the Bluetooth .
