So... I just spent 10-15 trying to figure out why my HyMotion pack stopped charging... saw that it was flashing/blink 7 times. Which is a "AC PreCharge Fault" -- but I can't figure out what that means from the manual.

    Does anyone know?

    Thanks,

Pre charge is being used at initial AC or DC turn on to avoid a a sudden spike of electricity in to an electrical circuit,
Usually is composed with a suitable relay and a charge resistor.
Also is called " Soft start circuit".

So does that mean the relay and/or charge resistor is bad?

It is related to the precharge circuit by itself.
t could be an auxiliary electrical branch that powers a " timer circuit", a "driver circuit" or the power "soft start" initiating it's job.
With out an schematic would be a little difficult to identify nor that the equipment error code will tell you much more.
It is needed some body with the experience on this Hymotion's equipment to go further.
