I have a 2016 Prius 3 touring and in Michigan the seats are pretty cold as the temps drop. I am thinking about getting some aftermarket bun warmers installed. Not sure if I could do it myself. Local place wants $400 to install them. Anyone else had them installed or did it themselves?

Do they work ok with cloth seats? I saw some people say they did not work too well unless you had leather or vinyl.

Seat material shouldn't make a difference, the covers go on top of the seat, in direct contact with your butt.

I ended up going with these. Only $40 and they look really good and they heat up in under a minute.

Looks good and much better than mine but at 7.99 I can't complain.
