There have now been three conferences centered on the "Secret Space Program". The events were in Amsterdam 2011, San Mateo (California) in 2014, and Houston (Texas) in 2015. The videos for many of the presentations were originally only available for purchase from the conference organizers. Most, if not all, of them are now available for free on YouTube. The website for the conferences is http://www.secretspaceprogram.org . These presentations are the most current serious discussions that I've been able to find. The full list of available free videos on YouTube is at SECRETSPACEPROGRAM - YouTube As an introduction to the conferences, the following talk by Richard Dolan is recommended: Richard Dolan has a book, After Disclosure, that discusses possible scenarios that might occur after government announcement of the reality of our space program beyond the public NASA programs. It is available at Amazon and probably other ebook vendors. The next recommended speaker is Catherine Austin Fitts. She is a financial expert who describes the massive amount of money being spent on secret, unacknowledged (and unaudited!) space programs. Many of these videos have been pirated on other YouTube channels, but I recommend starting with the original authors.
Stanton Friedman is the most scientific UFO researcher that I've encountered. His fact checking is a welcome alternative to the average 5 second lights in the sky video that is replayed 25 times at varying speeds and magnification. This video is a presentation about how "Science was Wrong", specifically how several prominent scientists have been distinctly nonscientific in their pronouncements about UFOs and ET life.
The not-so-secret "Mini Shuttle" has been up there for over a year? Two of them, I believe. One comes down, and the other is launched fairly quickly.
News to me. Mr. Google talks about two craft, the American X-37 and India's "Mini Shuttle". The X-37B is a military craft that is primarily secret. Solar Warden is a reportedly secret military operation that includes numerous space craft with capabilities far beyond anything NASA has operated.
There were several reports about the mini shuttles on the news. It's common knowledge out here in California. I believe they were built here. I think they have been flying for two or three years now, or maybe four. Since 2010. And lands in California. The X37-B is very interesting. Let's hope our Military is learning a lot. With ~71% of the earth covered with water, it is more likely we'll see a mega tsunami from the impact. Given how much of that water is shallow, there will be a lot of ejecta. Urban areas that border the water basin will be in for a 'bad day.' Bob Wilson

Ah, what the heck. We all gotta go sometime. Aliens, tsunami's, Russians… Doesn't really matter much. Personally, I think the BIG earthquake will come before anything else.
