    For the Prius Liftback:

    Sept 2015: 164
    Sept 2016: 258 (+54.5%)

    Jan-Sept 2015: 1278
    Jan-Sept 2016: 2118 (+65.7%)

It seems to be doing well in Canada. Naturally, the RAV4 Hybrid has taken over the Camry Hybrid as the choice hybrid for Canadians.

Well done Toyota Canada. Maybe it will kick the UK and EU Toyota to 'get in gear.'

It's more impressive when you realise that only one model of the Liftback is available across the country. The Touring and Technology trim levels are only available in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver (but of course you can special order them in if you're outside these metro areas or, literally, on the wrong side of the border e.g. Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph etc)

My nearby dealership seems in a very different hybrid mode, comparing to 2010 when we bought: bringing in just a few at a time, and they're spoken for. No more cruising the lot looking them over. :(

Yeah, a guy in service said they're coming in and being sold, but a just-in-time thing, you request a car, I'd assume with a deposit. No truckloads of Prius sitting on the lot.

This is Open Road in Pomo.

They don't wanna keep them in stock eh?

My local dealer had a Hypersonic Red Touring as a showroom car but that didn't last long lol. The last time I went for service, they put a 2015 PiP instead.
