Hi i have a prius 2008 model. The mileage is approx 250000! Unfortunately the car has deceloped a problem! The petrol engine is not ticking over. This has caused the hv to go low on voltage. I have a friends car as a donor to check the parts! I changed the hv battery but the engine didnt start and again thr hv battery started dropping voltage! I have also changed the auxillary battery but no luck! Ive changed thr black box near the auxillary battery again nothing the error codes are c1241 c1310 b1421
    Thanks

Have you checked that the 12 V is in good condition? What does the voltage drop to if you put a 15 to 20 A load on it and does it hold a steady voltage?

Did you lock the orange plug on the hv battery?

You have to press down on the plug to lock it

First, put your HV and your 12 volt battery in the donor car. Get the car started and do a forced charge on the HV battery. Then you will know you have a fully charged working HV battery and a good 12 volt battery. Then put both batteries back in your car.

I think there are more codes than what you have read. What are you using for a code reader? Cheap and easy things to try are cleaning the MAF sensor and checking or replacing the spark plugs.
