Featured Toyota Hybrid Airbag Recall

huh, i thought this was going to be surprise takata.

 

Well, this will be my car's 4th recall for something. Hope they can take care of this relatively soon.

 

I have a 2010 prius. I called my local toyota dealership and the toyota coorperate number and told them I feel unsafe because I have 2 kids and I didn't want to drive the cars due to the risk to my kids getting hit by the airbags and they gave me a 2016 Prius V four with 5,000 miles on it to use until the fix is permanent. The prius V is very nice

 

You'r a lucky fellow, the dealership give you a nicer vehicle in exchange for a mouth stopper and pacifier until............ a fix.

 

that is really quite amazing. probably put you first on the list too.

 

I just got my recall letter.

 

actual, as in, bring it in, we have the parts?

 

I was at the dealer last week, and they told me that the recall is still on hold, until a fix is announced by Toyota.

 

the fix is in, just not the parts.
