Took the train down to Baltimore and drove my new-to-me car over 160 miles back home. Tank was filled by PO. I more than doubled my gas mileage from my 2007 Honda Accord. I found my new Prius to be comfortable and driving is actually fun again! In either of these pics below (sorry, at work and can get better pics later) can you see the front bumper? Where there's black gorilla tape? There's a piece of hard plastic that sorta hangs down that the PO banged up pulling into a parking garage with an insane speed bump. What the heck is that? Fone ?
I can't make out what you are describing in the picture. It seems that the tape is holding together some plastic piece that is cracked. If everything else works, and car runs o.k., I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it bothers you, get a repair estimate from a body shop. Drive and enjoy! stt
My poopy camera, it's actually the Dark Winter Metallic Gray or something. Someone with the exact car from the same dealership passed me on the way in to work today. Gave me the "nod". Oh yeah, I'm in the club now! Fone ?
Yes, that helps. I would get it fixed. Should not cost too much. Looks tacky. Was it this way when you bought it?
