My new 2012 Prius got a Gloss Black Vinyl Roof Wrap!

    Looks good. Has anyone ever used Avery? I spoke to a few shops that recommended to choose Avery over 3M, but they will still use 3M if I want them too.

    @sfv41901 about how much would someone pay to get the roof painted black??

    Northern Cali charging about $400 for roof, small roof portion at hatch, shark fin antenna and aftermarket roof spoiler wrap

    Wraps (or just plain vinyl) should be laminated for protection. Most lamination will also provide fade (UV) protection, as well. More important than the brand (3M and Oracal) is the type of material. Always go for cast material, not calendared.

    Wish I lived down south. Up north, the cheapest I can find someone to wrap roof, antenna and roof spoiler is $380, and have to pay in cash.:(
