Whoa, whoa. The navigation voice is a woman. I don't know how I feel about this. More likely to get lost. Hahaha. Can I change it to a man?

To use Entune, you will need the VIN from the vehicle that the unit you purchased came from. Toyota's app is smart and told me that my vehicle wasn't equipped when I put my VIN in, but as soon as I put the VIN from the vehicle that the unit came from in, it all worked.

I did have to go online to Toyota's website and use the iPhone's cord in the USB spot to allow it to use my cellular data. Bluetooth had been paired normally, but it needed the cable in because it's an iPhone, according to Toyota's site.

For those that are using satellite radio, where did you purchase an antenna from? eBay is not looking promising when I search.

Probably would have purchased this from you had my rear window not been smashed last night and need the funds to get it repaired instead :( Great price!

Since your car is not US Spec, does the factory Naviagation system you have or any model of the Prius C has the Energy Monitor option in your country? If so you need that radio that can take the signal and also check the wiring diagram of the CAN BUS system and see if they have that designed.

So I just bought an oem entune system for my Prius c 2.

I am wondering if there is a step by step guide to installing this. I can't seem to wrap my head around all of these threads.

Any help would be amazing. Thanks y'all.

The XM radio, just buy a square type XM antenna connector, break the outside and just plug the middle square metal part and it should work. No need to find the right plug...

Let me make sure I'm following... That's a GPS antenna for nav. If I order that, then I'll need to find an XM antenna and just splice them. I'd use the correct end from the GPS antenna to plug into the back of the unit and the rest of the XM antenna to function for satellite eadii. Is that correct?

So I opened mine to install today and there is already a blue cable in g78-17 but nothing in g78-9 and g78-10. Should I just do those and hope the blue wire is connected to speed? I'm putting it in a 2014 Prius C

Went ahead and tried to tap the cables the harness pins I have are from the white 28 pin and I'm not sure they are working in the junction. The car info is still dead. Does anyone have the pins for the grey junction box? Didn't look at 66 yet but is that the same connector type as harness or will I need connector for that too? Did anyone else have a blue cable already in the speed harness connector? My face model is 100023

What is an square type XM antenna connector? The FARKA? I have a couple of the shark fin connectors but can only get them out of the plastic casing not sure how to take the square lead off to move to another cable. Do you have pics of what you are referring to? Or a drawing?

Hey I figured this out and got it working. You don't want a gps antenna. You want a square headed normal xm antenna. Look for one with FAKRA connection. I got it and pulled off the pink casing with some wire cutters. You can then push that over the connector in your receiver. I added some electric tape to make sure it didn't slip off. Now I have satellite working ! I think mine was xmicro2

Yes I found same on Amazon. You might want to try the adapter that came with it as the hole works but is a little big. I lost my adapter but remember it making the hole smaller. I had drop outs when driving at first but I stuffed spacers in the square to hold it in place and also instead of having it under dash I put two way tape on it and put it on dash just above the air vents. Still drops out under bridges and heavily wooded areas but on the open road it works great.

Just purchased this one. Hoping it works with minimal modifications. I don't understand why it's seemingly so hard to locate one that just fits into the port in the back of our headunit... Not like the little piece of plastic that would fit is expensive! Just doesn't seem available.
