About three weeks ago while driving my Prius and accelerating the car jerked suddenly and warning lights came on. I was able to read the above codes with tech stream. The car still drives but has limited horsepower. The engine also does not seem to rev down like a normal hybrid. I have not had good experiences with the local Toyota dealer so I am wondering if there is way that I can further diagnose the issue and potentially fix it
Just replaced with an optima less than a year ago. When I cleared codes, the exclamation point, the check engine, and the traction light flashed off but immediately came back

you can log into toyota's owners website with your vin to see if you have any open recalls. still might be worth checking the 12v, it's quick and dirty.
that's low for a one year old battery, maybe you should throw a trickle on her. not saying it's the problem though.
