I live about 50 miles west of Chicago and so far have not seen any 2016 Prius on the road.

Oh my. :( Hope you will get your Prius soon!

As this is not the right topic for answering this question, you can read everything about it here:

    Jorins Prius 4

Feel free to send me a message either.

Back to topic: In the area around Darmstadt, Germany I've seen no Prius of the fourth generation on the streets except a blue one out for a test drive once.

So far in Milwaukee I've seen two, both white. I Had both sightings within the last week, before that I was beginning to wonder if I had the only one. Also agree with previous post about the strong resemblance to the gen 3 when coming at you. I had to give a little longer of a glance when I saw them coming to tell if they were indeed gen 4 or not.

I'm still visiting Palo Alto, CA. On this morning's run to the Y and back (maybe 10 miles total), I caught a glimpse of what I think was one Gen 4, otherwise none. Plus I saw 3 BMW i3's, 2-3 Leafs, 3 Volts, 2 Gen 1 Prii, at least 1 Gen 3 Plug-in, a CNG Civic, a Mitsubishi i-MiEV, and too many Gen 2, Gen 3, and Civic Hybrids to count. For sure there were other hybrids and BEV's that I didn't pick out of traffic. Tesla S's seemed to be taking the day off.

    This area is pretty amazing.

Zero, so far. I suspect Tideland's tooling around somewhere, and I've heard of at least one more local owner. We drive by one occasionally, sitting out front at Open Road Pomo. :)

    Zero here in Rochester, MN

However, I have seen quite a few 2016 Honda Civics....which I'll admit is a really sharp looking car!

I mostly notice the 'rear end' of the new Civic...pretty sharp looking.

Edit - sorry for the thread hijack!

2 taxis (could be the same one? It was the same company but I didn't catch the taxi unit number), 1 silver base, 1 silver unknown (couldn't see the wheels), 1 blue Touring, 1 red unknown (couldn't see the wheels) and 1 blue base that was being delivered when I took my Gen 3 in for service.

Wow, that's 7, not including ours lol.

Hey, is this like the how many dead guys in that cemetery question (all of 'em)

IMHO, the 16 actually is a bit disguised, or stealth, all the angles and overlaps, they slip by, but when you see one front on it's obvious, just pointing out from the side it's a bit stealth. NH I see them around frequently.

On my commute, I see about 10 Teslas everyday and 50-100 Prii.:) As for the new Prii, I've only seen about 10-15.

Leap-frogged one on 495 for a bit-- I appreciated that he had his lights on so I got the full Z.

I refocused my birdwatching skills to spot another three off in the distance.

Clearly they delivered huge stocks to CA, and Japan (where it has been the most sold vehicle since January '16), likely their biggest markets...
And left dry most of the rest.... ;)
It makes sense to do so, but if they want to sell more in different markets to different types of consumers, a delivery time of 3+ months doesn't really help.
And unluckily there are now also possible delays to existing orders due to the quake shutdowns....
