Bluetooth Phone & Navigation Troubleshooting

    When I have a my phone connected via Bluetooth and am currently using the navigation and a call comes in, the map screen is replaced with a call screen. Is there a way to take the call on Bluetooth and still have my map/ route directions not interrupted?

    Go into settings and and have it use a drop down instead.

    Thank you!! Do you know how to get the navigation to stop speaking when I am on a bluetooth call?

    Best I can find is to turn down, or turn off, voice guidance when you get a call or know you will be taking one. Under voice settings you can do that. I can't find any way to select it to turn off voice guidance only when taking a call.

    2. VOICE SETTINGS

    1 Press the “APPS” button.

    2 Select “Setup”.

    3 Select “Voice”.

    4 Select the items to be set.

    Voice volume, etc., can be set.
