In my 2015 T Spirit I use the Auto headlight feature (winter, you know?) but can't get my head around the customisable light sensitivity. Is it sensitivity to light or the absence of light? Headlights often stay on when it's full daylight but do I lower or raise the sensitivity to get them to go off earlier? No big issue but any ideas, anyone?
The light sensitivity senses light, if it senses light, then the headlights will be off and the navi will be day time running light on the screen. If it senses darkness outside or if you obstruct the light sensitive sensor, it'll think it is nighttime and it'll turn the headlights on and the navi screen to be night time running light.
If you want the headlights to turn Off earlier, increase sensitivity. If you want the lights to turn On earlier, decrease sensitivity of the light sensor. hope this helps
Thanks ... that's what I thought it would be and I now have it at max but haven't seen any effect yet. Now that the mornings are getting lighter - I'm in the North East of Scotland - should see a change soon.

Don't you mean LED to halogen? You can try messaging sfv41901 to see if he figured something out: Is there a fix for the LED headlight" chi headlight system" error???? | PriusChat
