Looking for Prius's previous owner: 2010 Prius V (white) with ATP from Gettel Toyota in Florida

folks! I'm looking to buy a nice looking Prius I found, and I'd love it if the owner was part of this forum and could tell me how the car ran for him or her.

Is it appropriate to list VIN numbers here? Possibly not a good idea, I suppose.

Here are the details on the vehicle:

• Purchased: Gettel Toyota of Lakewood, Florida.
• Prius V (since it is a 2010 and only 2010 used uppercase roman numerals for model designation)
• Paint: Blizzard Pearl (white)
• Interior: Misty Gray (light gray)
• 72k miles
• Re-purchased Certified Pre-Owned about 10K miles a year ago. (I don't know from which dealer.)
• Advanced Technology Package
• Oil door on splash shield underneath has been cut off. (Not a surprise.)
• Tinted windows (tint not integrated into the glass)

Are you one of this car's two previous owners? If so, I'd love to hear from you! And I could PM you the VIN to be sure, if you were interested.

Car looks in very good shape and Clearwater Toyota (Florida) gave it a clean bill of health when I paid them $98 for a pre-purchase inspection last week.

My AutoCheck report didn't have any names on it. I assume a CarFax would be the same.

Thanks. I thought about that. Didn't want to call somebody out of the blue. Posting here is less intrusive. But I will consider it further.

 

Thanks. I already bought a package of AutoCheck reports. For the benefit of others reading this, which web site were you referring to? My search for "vincheck" brought up a lot of sites, with no clear winner to me.
