White smoke

    Hi guys..
    I read about the white smoke and I found that is normal in cold weither!! Is that true and what do you think ?

    If it's just water vapor condensing in the cold air, then yes, it's completely normal.

    Depends on how you define "cold weather".


    If you are talking about when first start the car, then yes, it is normal.

    Maybe where it snows or near freezing temperatures, it is normal, but in California, there is something wrong.

    i would not call it smoke in the first place, but it could be just me.

    The white smoke is normal in the mornings till the engine is completely warmed up - what if it continues and never stops....now thats another problem.

    The same kind of white "smoke" came out of my mouth this morning when I went to work.

    I'm not normal, but the vapor is....at least when it's cold enough outside. :D

    That's not water vapor. It's condensation, i.e., fog, from water vapor.

    Yes guys, it a water vapor, i touch the smoke with my hands and they become wet

    When white vapor comes out of my man hole it's most definitely NOT water. :LOL:
