I'm driving the 2016 Prius next week. What do you want to know?

I just had a large screw in a tire. It was going down about 1 psi a day. Got it fixed for free in about 10 minutes.

When I asked about that her reply was that she didn't know what the symbol meant, so she decided to ask me when she got home. She is so sweet, but not very inclined to understand things.

Myself, I can't remember ever having a flat. I don't know why she's been blessed with several of them.

Unless you're VW...then these come standard on every model sold ;)

But I can't believe I forgot to add to the list....what is the bolt pattern? Are they sticking with 5x100 or going to 5x114.3 to make it the same as most FWD cars including the v (lowercase v for the Prius v wagon) and Camry for $$ savings...or something different?

Back to VW, here is an example of a 1,519 kg car with only 118bhp that does 0-62 mph in 10.8 s:
    2015 Volkswagen Passat 1.6 TDI S review | Autocar

A 121 HP in 1,400 kg car should be faster than that Passat, oh wait currently 134 HP from a 1,400 kg Prius is not enough to drag race that Passat. What went wrong here?

    You have pinpointed it...
It is the torque curve that determines 0-62 time, not the peak power.
As Lee Jay put it: peak power at low speed means infinitely high torque...

For those of us on Pacific Standard Time (PST), does the November 18th embargo end at midnight Eastern Standard Time or some other time zone?

Would be nice for us on PST to get all the juicy details "early" on the evening before bed so we can go to sleep and dream happy gen 4 Prius thoughts.

Ahhh, that means I have to wait until the 19th in Australia! That's just not fair!

Usually it's Pacific time. (Probably because TMS is on Pacific time)

I think the move is in stages with the final move some time in 2017.

Just found this video on YouTube. It's in Japanese, but it shows some very interesting cutaways of the new 2016! (Starting at around the 2 min mark)
Reminds me of Bill the Engineer's project!

    Good work.
Hybrid battery being under rear passenger seat, should be much more difficult or virtually impossible to steal unlike the disturbing thefts in SF.

    What is starting price?
    What are the trims, features?

How about waiting for the embargo to end in less than a day...
