who made the original tires on the 2014 Prius C2?

Same manufacturer? Or did Toyota use different manufacturers on different lots of cars? I was looking at a 2014 with 27,000 miles (treadwear was about 25-30%)....my concern they were new tires and the mileage had been turned down . Contrary to popular belief, it easier to turn down the mileage on new cars than it was old cars with devices sold over the internet. I think it was on 20/20 some guy did it in a few minutes.

 

I want to clarify, my concern were they were the second set of "new tires" on the car.
