I have Weathertechs on all my cars now and would highly suggest them. The raised edges are great to trap in sand if you go to the beach (beach showers are turned off due to drought regulations) and other debris picked up by our shoes/sandals. Plus cleaning them is super simple.

A co-worker of mine bought them but complained to me that he thought they were overpriced, until someone spilled soda all over the back seat ones, saving his carpet.

    It only takes once :D

I downright refused to buy the weathertechs until about 6 months before I sold my 2007 Level 5. It had the bisque interior, and you couldn't look at it without a stain magically appearing. I threw down the cashola and after using them, swore I'd never buy a car withOUT weathertechs again!!! I have them in my 2012 Prius 2, our Jeep GC, the VUE and the RAM. I cannot even imagine life before weathertech, lol.

So theres an OEM rubber mat and then a weather tech version or does weather tech make the OEM mats? Which ones are better if so.

And the deal on the site is only for 2010-2011.

    I have a 2012.

Weathertech is aftermarket, Toyota is OEM. The Toyota ones from what I read are more thin (but that doesn't really matter in SoCal) and are a bit cheaper. The Weathertechs in my opinion are better due to the raised sides so they trap crap in them (grass, dirt, sand, etc) which means you simply pull them out and turn them upside down to clean them, as opposed to getting the vacuum cleaner out to clean the sides where the mats did not trap stuff. Also the rear seat Weathertech is a single piece which goes across the entire row, versus the Toyota which is two smaller pieces.

Hmm I gotta say both of the rubber / plastic selections look piss poor and I dont like the idea of resting my feet on cheap plastic. Looks like I'm going with carpet.

This is one thing that really sucks about the Prius.

Seat covers seems to be another issue too.

I guess I was spoiled with all of the many great selections with my Jeep Wrangler.

I would really like to have some seat covers like the Trek Armor covers made for Jeep.

I did purchase the WeatherTech mats. They look good. I just got them for both of my prius

    .
I think they are worth it even for an older prius. I just wish they were lower cost. However I did not waste time looking for a deal on ebay

Found that Arctic Trucks (mostly known for making extreme expedition vehicles out of Hiluxes and Land Cruisers) has a line of floor mat sets for various cars, including the Prius. Perfect fit, non-slip underside and raised sides :)
    Just got them this weekend.

First addition to our cars... hoping wife's weathertech mats get here before she dirties up the floor.. what's with dealerships not having freaking floor mats anymore?

both Prii will have Weather Tech, she though didn't want the cargo mat for her car. not sure why.

Understandable. I look at a ton of the various Jeep, Vanagons, and truck stuff as ways of modifying my v wagon to my liking and personal needs.

    Off topic to ya:
How well does that several hundred dollar jeep fridge actually work in say Summertime in the desert? I am happy with my cheap car fridge but only in winter.

    SM-N910V ?
