If you want to see everything that has ever been done to your car at any Toyota dealer, just go to Toyota's web site sign in as owner and search your history! It's all there.
Thanks! Just visited the site. Unfortunately, there's nothing to see because I've done no maintenance. Was hoping to see when the car was manufactured, where it had spent its life... Should be useful in the future though. Much obliged.
Does the 3.2 update do anything to bring the maps up to date? I still rely on Waze at times because some of the maps on my PiP GPS are outdated.
^ Nope, 3.2 does nothing to update navigation maps. But it may give back the ability for the nav system to tell you what side of the street your destination is on. Depends on what version you are currently running on the vehicle's head unit. Check out post #74 of this thread for an idea of what the Entune updates can help you with.
The map software and the map data are two different things. The map software updates (such as these Entune updates) are free. The map data updates are $$$.
Darn! It's the updated map I really need. Several years ago I got an update for the map on our 2005 Camry GPS cheaply when someone on Ebay copied the Toyota disk, but I'm most seeing anyone doing that for this version.
I believe there's a lot more security on map updates for the newer cars, and you need a code from Toyota even if you have the media. See this post for more info: Map Updates | PriusChat
Any chance you can share that file again, maybe privately? The link is broken, and the dealers around me either don't know Entune can be updated, or they want to charge $98 to do it.

I'm confused Can someone explain if its possible for me to update with the particular system below I have on my 2013 level 4 and how to do it ?
The screen on my unit is only 6.1 inch It has Entune apps on it I don't get it Are you saying it updates from DVD like my older 2010 level 3 ? The older level 3 didn't have any Entune apps on it
Entune is worthless. And now that the 3-year subscription through Sirius-XM is over for most early buyers, traffic mapping won't even work unless you cough of more money to Sirius-XM. This was a piece of crap from the get-go. The inability to use a cellular signal for anything other than the Entune Apps - particularly when they don't include a traffic app - is simply mind-boggling. This is my last Toyoter, that's for sure - for far more than this reason. Count me as a particularly dissatisfied customer.
This update is not applicable to you. Traffic works through the Entune app on my smartphone for free and not Sirius. It's functioning fine. I do agree with you that Entune is worthless.
In the 2014 model year, Toyota switched around the head units. Now, depending on which Toyota model you have, there are different combinations available. The display size is no longer a differentiator. This is what confused me when I followed the thread I mentioned in an earlier post. Some get the Entune apps, some don't. Some are HDD based, some flash, some DVD. Some get traffic info over the user's smartphone Internet connection, some from XM Data, some from HD Data. You have to know the specific model and model year, to know what is available on that particular configuration. By specific model, I don't just mean "Prius". The various trim lines on the non-PIP Prius have different options, and the PiP has it's own set of options. Very confusing.
Maybe you could detail how you're doing this. I have 12 options in Entune and none of them are a traffic app, and "Traffic Incidents" needs an "Active XM Subscription". Another question, do you have a Base or Advanced PiP? I have a feeling you might have a Base model. And that would make this even more infuriating…
