More codes after changing 12v battery a week ago

Replace ABS #2 relay now. DTC C1313 is pointing to that.

If DTC P0607 persists after you replace the relay you may need to replace the hybrid vehicle ECU as well.

 

I say "now" because the Prius is continuing to experience the same problem. It's up to you to decide whether you want your wife/family to deal with that or not. Of course you could swap cars with her while you are figuring out what to do with the Prius.

Replace the stop light switch which is located near the brake pedal assembly. You may need a crowfoot wrench of the appropriate metric size.

It is certainly possible your car had two separate issues.

In post #28 I suggested that you replace the brake light switch. Did you do that replacement back in January?

DTC P0607 is a code that appeared in the photos you posted in January as well as today. That code did not appear in your OP.

P0607 means that the hybrid vehicle ECU has a failure. The ECU has two processors. The code is logged when the two processors do not agree that the brake pedal has been depressed to stop the cruise control function. At this point the cruise control feature is disabled and the DTC is logged.

If you are serious about a DIY repair, I suggest you download the relevant info at techinfo.toyota.com as you will need to disassemble much of the dashboard to gain access to the HV ECU located behind the glove compartment. Verify the part number on the original equipment ECU before you buy a replacement.

 

Are there any driveability symptoms other than the warning lights being on? If not, then I suppose you can continue to drive the car as-is for a while while you consider whether you want to perform that ECU swap.

You might also want to make sure that your brake light switch is actually working, by parking so that you can see the reflection of the rear lights in your rear view mirror, and pressing the brake pedal to test the switch's operation.
