Can GenII convert to plug-in?

An update from the fatal error code I was getting with the pis kit.

John it seems you were indeed correct. I found the source of the rain water getting into to boot ( trunk area) and fixed the leaking area, since then no water getting in, but also, when the sun is out and causing condensation inside the car, this has now stopped happening as the car has nor "dried out" and now no more fatal error codes,

So, it would seem that condensation was indeed the issue.

I have also mounted the rear pcb in an enclosure to try to protect it further from any further moisture or condensation issues.

I am happy you have found the problem. Intermittent faults are always difficult to trace. Thanks for the update.
