I have a bad back and the seat in my 2010 Prius is terrible. It is manual. Is it possible to swap it out with one from a Corolla?

    Thanks,
    Zack

@ ZBrinkā€¦.I have the same opinion for much the same reason. It sounds like it would be do-able based on the size of the seat. I would be concerned about running a power source to the seat for the motor and would wonder if all other sensors and connectors would plug in without modification. Please keep the forum posted on your progress.
    Thanks for the idea!

I'm thinking that you might have better luck with an aftermarket unit.
I've never heard of an easy seatectomy for the G3.

Please let the community know if I'm mistaken, because the G3 seat is just about the WORST OEM seat out there.
My G3 is a company car, and if I could get a Corolla seat to bolt-in?
I'd be tempted to come out of pocket for that! :D

Unfortunately for my better (back) side, the $2,000 "little boy racer wanna-be" aftermarket seats are a little steep for a work vehicle.

    Good Luck!

You probably only need to run power and ground to the seats. Wiring should be pretty easy especially since I don't think Corolla seats have a memory feature like most euro cars.
