I am not sure what that turkey is supposed to be doing but I hope we don't see it ever again. Bob Wilson
It isn't the same without the odd fortification animation/movement and bugged out moving eyes, but here is a still. Sorry for those of you outside the U.S. who don't get to see it, lol.
Turkey doesn't look too happy, but would you if you knew what was ahead of you .......... we don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, so the turkeys only start sh1tting themselves in December when they tend to get alot more food ..... they know what's coming! We don't get to see it here on Google.ie
Haha, you're not alone Bob as someone else who started this on Reddit says the turkey looks like he is getting "stuffed". Good way of describing it actually, lmao. Google's Thanksgiving doodle looks like the turkey is being "stuffed." : gifs
The motion was the problem because it suggested a scatological activity. Being a hunter who knows what a bear does. For our UK friends, Barbara Woodhouse and "Walkies." Let's just say it doesn't make me look forward to a turkey dinner. Perhaps the turkey is writing the word "Google" with colorful scat? Now if they would rework it so those are turkey tracks in the snow . . . turkey on the right and Elmer Fudd in hunting gear on the left . . . That would be funny: Bob Wilson
"Reminds me of"isms aside, the 3D aspect of the Turkey is pretty damned awesome. For most of this year we were graced by visits from a male pheasant and his family. The turkey animation is a pretty good imitation of the walk.
Noticing something: it doesn't seem possible for me to go to www.google.com, from my location. Google it and click link, or type the address in, I'm always redirected to google.ca.
Did you try this ? https: //g.co/doodle/332e8q Notice the https. I added a space after https: so you can see the URL
Oh I can see the in-motion version, in the link. No, just idly curious why I can't get to the US google site. What are you guys hiding there? Cheaper US search results, right??
