Uncomfortable Prius v Driver's Headrest

    eBay sellers don't always know what they are selling, and don't always ship the right item either. All I can say beyond that is that I've bought and used both cloth and leather headrests for the 10-14 hatchback and they are the same - and work great. I suppose you could locate a part number on the one you have and see if its the right number, or take it to the Toyota parts counter.

    hmmm, well it was listed as a OEM part on eBay... going to the Toyota parts counter might not be a bad idea - to compare if it is the same or not - might give that a try.

    the OEM parts for the prius headrests seem to be about $290 a piece. no thanks :p

    Toyota leather headrests are more like $400-500 retail.

    We suffer with FIXED head restraints B/C we are not driving an Avalon or "Lexii",whose restraints mover forward in a crash.

    Oh the price of economy.
