I just bought a 2014 PiP. I'm a tall guy, and sometimes when looking for change in my pocket or my phone I'll extend my leg out while on the brake. When I do so, the traction light comes on. Once I drive away, it goes out. Does anyone else see this behavior?
Which manual? I've had it for 2 weeks, only made it through the quick start guide and the audio/display guide!
In your main manual it should be under "Hill-start assist control". Here's a video for the Prius C, but I think all models work the same:
If it's hill hold (I'm pretty sure) you'll hear a beep sound too, when you've pressed the brake hard enough to activate it.
