I don't know. I think there have been previous reports of "low" reliability scores for some Ford vehicles because of complaints about it's Sync user interface.

The overall half-black dot you are referring to is probably the "used car verdict" for 2013. I agree that seems odd given the other data.

    here you go Jeff :
there's a thread dedicated to price paid - most recent deal was Burbank CA

Like I said, the Volt has come down - the gap is closing but its still closer to 2k.
I'm assuming that TTL for the Volt has to be larger than the PiP's given its on 31k ?
also the Toyota 0% 60 mo deal is claimed to be worth $1700 and I'd go along with that. I took advantage of it and priced it closer to 2k with some options for cash that we have available.

I'm not a Volt basher - its another option and with MA now offering a state tax incentive I'm actually considering adding one as a 2nd car given my daughter's driving pattern is different from mine

Nooo ! don't put those ideas in her head  - glad she doesn't read this stuff
It'd be to replace an older 3rd family car and its not decided yet but it would fit their driving pattern better.

We call them family cars because I have two college age daughters and don't want them claiming cars as "mine"
