$25,750 is a sweet deal for a Pip with 1k miles. Hey, I thought the heated seats were only available in the Advanced model?
In California, the Prius Plug-In brand new comes to 2014 Prius Plug-in - around $27,000 Fed Tax Credit - -$2500 California Rebate - $1500 Total comes to $23,000 for brand new. Keep in mind, Toyota dropped the price ON PIP for 2014 because of harsh competitions. By doing that, they screwed over anyone that bought it in 2013.
My Prius Plug has a msrp of $33,557.00, you are saying that Toyota dropped the price on the 2014 Prius Plug and the new msrp is $27,000.00?
yes, unfortunately, us 2012 and 13 owners are deep in the hole. another member here sold his $40,000. advanced model (more miles than yours) for 27k, and that was before they dropped the price. all the best! base model also has heated seats, cloth. not all states have a rebate though, and you have to be aware of any dealer/toyota incentives.
If I do not find a buyer,I will just drive, make the lease payment and turn the prius in at the end of lease. No Big Deal! lol
I made an effort to go by the local Cadillac dealer on Friday to see the new ELR, EV/Hybrid. Beautiful car with a average price of $79,000 -82,000 based on the few available options. It will be interesting to see if there is a market for the ELR. Over twice the cost of the Volt with similar EV/Hybrid mileage. Now here's a opportunity to really lose some serious money for early adopters. I know what someone will say about "being" able to afford this car. But, rich(?) people hate losing money also.
yes, i don't think kenji was talking msrp, but if she's finding them for around $27,000. before tax credits, they're giving them away again.
