Ok Prius Plug Inner's Here's your opportunity to list your EV range increments since the Vortex
My EV range today is 9.4 miles. Was 9.3 miles during the vortex period. But combining actual EV miles travelled + EV range I got 10.1 miles! My EV range should go up after there is a consistent increase in EV miles travelled due to a warmer battery. I will post often my results this coming spring.

Would be good to report the total sum of elevation changes, average speed and distance of your commute. These affect EV distance as much as anything else.

I will just keep it simple.
Last summers high starting est. EV 18.2, slowly it started to drop in winter to a low of EV 8.7 starting . Our February average temp was 7.7 degrees f. Stayed that way until March 2. Now it has very slowly started to clime, now EV 8.8. The last 2-4 day's temps have started to clime into the 28-32 degree temps for highs, so EV est.should slowly continue to clime. I have been able to get about 10.2 If driving all EV. Winter time most of my trips are short 6-8 miles most drives.

Yeah, sorry, I should have explained my EV travels are either to work (2.7 miles one way) or to Sam's Club (today) driving down the side streets at about 17 to 25 MPH then after about a mile and a half it's 35 MPH the rest of the way. No hills in Clawson, Michigan. And it's usually all EV so if your's is with ICE combo the results won't be that accurate. (not you, retired4999, anybody else who's giving their results here)

13.3-13.4 pretty regularly since I bought PIP in December, then 13.6 today after two milder days (upper thirties.)

The polar vortex affected us by stealing our cold and giving us warmer temps. I also have high 10's for my lows and just hit 14.7. That is the highest EV count I ever had.

My estimate slipped to a winter (in Minnesota) low of 10.1

Now that spring has arrived (temps in the 40's), it has already climbed to 12.3

    Hooray!

Never dropping below 10 during a extra horrid MN winter this year is quite impressive.

Lost of my parked time and recharging was out in the brutal cold, at work.

12.4 was this morning's estimate. So, it's still going up.

20 miles of EV and 15 miles of HV were the results of yesterday's driving. It was just commuting back & forth to work with recharging in between. The average came to 134 MPG for the total 35.5 miles traveled.
