Seems like marketing isn't done very well on it. I am on here a ton and couldn't tell you where I could find it.

Hope this doesn't offend, but I'm sure it will. That spreadsheet is laid out horribly.

You CAN'T offend me. It's just a spreadsheet.
I thought it was laid out how most of us recorded the fill-up data.
    I'm open for suggestions.

Why isn't there a simple form that people can enter their data?

A form could work, but there aren't that many entries.

What part of the Layout don't you like?

Just too jumbled...hard to tell what I'm looking at without analyzing it for a while. And why is it editable by anyone/everyone?

I use an Excel spreadsheet on my PC with all my data since I bought the PIP. Others do the same. I had a similar one for my 2007 Prius.

The MPG Spreadsheet was added so that we could compare our data and the calculations on the right were added to get the MPG Equiv. The Fleet Average line are Totals and Averages.

How do you keep track of your Fill-up data?

I have a whole thread about it. But I could make it with much less stuff and more simple for all of ours.

What's to the right of the "Fuel Saved by Charge" column?
    Do you calculate MPG equiv?
Do you measure your kWh, like with a Kill-A-Watt, or just use the display value?

That's how much charge I get from my home wall outlet (via Kill-a-Watt). Other charge I might get from EV stations or family is always free.

All the MPGe numbers are on the far right side.

The kWh from the car is in the column Comp kWh

And why the multiple lines for the same day? Where they individual fill-ups the same day?

It's almost like folks didn't see the form I designed in the original post ;) Anyone can do this, data gets dumped in a spreadsheet. I do this for all my cars now.

I use it and I've had the link in my sig for quite a while now.. but I guess that doesnt work too well it seems

I just don't gas up that often.. 3x in 2013.. so it may look like I'm not using it, but I am :D
