My Prius last week. I think it's even more aerodynamic like this Started fine at -16'F (-27'C), but I noticed when leaving work (about the same temp) the brake pedal didn't go down at all! Like stepping on a rock. After warming up for a few minutes it was moving a bit, so I felt better about driving. The brakes worked fine, just took a while for the pedal to feel normal. I always think it's cool how the snow goes straight across and then a near-90ยบ angle straight down..
First time driving the Prius in snow. It took 3x longer to get home since the snow even caught the road crews off guard. Much of the time was spent creeping on the battery with the ICE boosting it back to 3 bars from 2.

Nope. My 2010 still looked great after 3 winters of exposure. 2 winters with the 2012 PHV, it still looks great too. 6 winters with the 2004 did end up showing chips here and there. But the beauty of having an aluminum hood is no rust, just tiny pits.

Geeze... time to take the snow blowers out of mothballs I guess , we were just raking/bagging leaves yesterday. Guess I'll be ordering the winter tires for the Volt this week.... It's too damn early for snow!
