Are these the ones you are referring to? I believe these are for the Prius V and not the regular Prius.

Here's another picture of them on a Prius V.

The ones I posted look like they are made for the classic Prius. I am a bit surprised I haven't seen anyone post them on a 2012 bumper yet. Since I have a 2010 bumper, I am considering pulling the trigger on these since they're cheaper than the US spec'd OEM ones.

Will this Ebay DRL harness/relay work? If so, will they work for the LED turn signals and LED fogs?

Yes they will work for the DRLs but I'm not sure what u mean by the signals & dogs.

I ordered these LED signals and LED fogs. I'm assuming since they are both LEDs, that I might as well wire them using the DRL harness. I'll probably wire them to be on all the time.

D Unit, let me know how the LED foglights are. I'm considering getting a set of them, but I want to know how bright they are.

I'm also interested in the amber ones too, but the pics they have make them look a little too orange.

Any installs of 18w LED foglights? | PriusChat

Assuming that the DRL harness was designed for halogen DRLs, u would be fine using it to power the DRLs & LED fogs.

The description says they are for LED DRLs. If you want to control both sets, you might want to use 2 sets of the relays you linked.

Unless you can confirm that the 2 sets of lights you want to put on is below the rated capacity of the relay in the harness.

Since the description states LEDs then 1 would suggest using them for only 1 set unless like xliderider said u know what it's rated at.

Can someone help me figure out the wiring to these DRLs? I can get the "light bar" to work, but not the LEDs. I am basically tapping the red and black wires straight into the battery for testing. Shouldn't the LEDs light up too?

No, the LEDs are the turn signals. They are powered by the wires in the standard connector, which should be plug and play with your turn signal wiring harness connector.

Oh, i see. But shouldn't they at least light up if I give them power?

Yes, but the polarity might be wrong. Try reversing the power leads to the test wires. LEDs are polarity specific.

Reversing the polarity did the trick. :)

When you say plug and play, I'm assuming you mean the existing 2010 turn signal harness that's already in my car, right? Do I need to re-splice my wires for the LEDs or are they supposed to be reversed?

Try it out first. Then reverse the wires if they don't work. Oftentimes, you can release the terminals out of the connector using a small screwdriver to release a locking tab, then slip it out, reverse the wire positions, then reinsert the terminals till they lock into the connector.

Only the signals will be pnp. The light bar (DRL) will need to be wired in.

I am going to try to install the bumper today. To simplify things, I decided to go with a switchless setup and want everything to turn on when I turn on my low beams.

Here's the relay harness I bought. Since the turn signals are PNP, I assume I can just tap the DRLs into the power/ground wire of my fogs, right? Secondly, what wire colors are the low beam and where should I tap into it?

BTW, here's a pic of the new LED amber fogs and Revier DRLs I got from Panson.
