Hopefully someone can help us,we have a 2010 gen 3 Prius.
Has a stereo NHZN62G-BOOK MX PRO MODEL
Because the writing is in Japanese, cant understand how to work it.
Stereo is the main thing we want to know,it has a flip front on it.
If anyone can help with getting an english manual I would appreiate it
Have included a picture of the front.
    Thank you in advance

This looks like an after-market add-on. My 2010's factory navigation screen looks much different...

is the temp button on the wrong side? I'm pretty sure it is on left side in my Prius. Is this a right hand drive Prius?

It doesn't look like the RHD UK version of the nav screen. It definitely has a look of aftermarket to me.

From memory I don't believe there is a way to convert to English language. Some things can be adjusted by the dealers in the system such as farenheit to celcius or 12h to 24h clock but I believe the Japanese language issue is non changeable as the car is made for the home market.

If you're feeling brave you might want to chance a New Zealand RHD nav screen, but there's no guarantee the connectors will be the same, so it could be an expensive mistake.

How about you find Japanese person and have him translate for you. That should not be hard, go to Japanese restaurant, order a meal, tip good and ask your waiter to come outside for a minute :)

This page is from Toyota's Japan website showing the nav unit. Looks like the one you normally see. Nothing like the one on this thread.
