I was just wondering if anyone has had any negative experiences with Fifth and Third? I've read some horror stories online and just got a call from them to verify some info after purchasing my 13' Prius this weekend. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum. Thanks guys
Welcome to Prius Chat and hope that you enjoy your new car! I had no problem with Fifth and Third when we had a loan with them a few years ago (6-2010 and paid off early this year). But at that time I could not pay on line and had to send coupons in. So mail early if you pay by snail mail. A friend at work has them for his loan and the bank seems to take a few days to credit the account. He has been hit with late payment fees a few times. Loan payoff went fairly good and all the paperwork was in order for the lien release. You should be OK with them IMO.
No problems with 5/3. Like all banks, pay the note on time, adhere to the terms of the contract you signed and you will be fine.
