Anyone have a efficient way to adjust brightness for map LED 's?

Assuming you mean you want to increase brightness, replace with brighter LED bulbs as described above. Otherwise, please define your idea of "efficient" and define "adjust".

I replaced all interior (dome) lights with LED's from Super Bright LED's and it made all the difference in the world. It cost me roughly $60.00 to do the retrofit and it was definitely worth it.

Same here, although I found a local guy who included the installation of them. Highly recommend upgrade.

If I buy the first poster's eBay LED's, which mentions they are "super bright", is there a way to modify them to reduce the brightness like the pic below?
"Efficient" is defined by me to lower wattage to the LED, therefore lower brightness.
"Adjust" is defined by me as being able to increase/decrease brightness via a adjustable resistor.

LEDs are advertised to be at least 20x more efficient and will last 20x longer than what you currently have in your Prius. I think you also fear the bulbs my too bright and foresee a need for a teensy dimmer for each individual lamp, too. It is currently cheaper and easier to get the correct lamp (with your chosen number of LEDs) and call it a done deal.
