Will this work on a 2002? Will it look at all the data? Will I be able to program remotes with it? Will I be able to look at the HV Battery?

    Any response is greatly appreciated!

I can't comment on version 8.20.019 but I purchased version 8.10.021 from ebay and haven't had any issues with it. You can get detailed reports on most everything in the car. I however don't think that there is any way to program key fobs with it.

For programing key fobs I would search for the door slam method (I think it also can be called the chicken dance method).

Attached is some of the information you would be able to gather using Mini VCI.

Link to where I purchased mine (Prius chat does not wish for me to embed links until I reach four posts).

Last note: I have installed my version inside of a windows xp virtual machine as I have heard reports that techstream and windows 7 do not get along. I would recommend installing the software on an old laptop or a vm.
