i just bought a cerftifed preowned 2011

    half the buttons on the console are hard to push they work but its a chore to push down on them is that a common problem or did i just get screwed ??

    Don't CPO cars come with warranties? Take it back to the dealer with your concern.

    congrats, welcome to priuschat! the buttons should work easily, take it back and have it repaired, you are not screwed and it is not problem i have ever read about. all the best!(y)

    I just use a hammer to push mine. Works well. I keep it in the center console to keep it easy to get to when I'm driving.

    the do not press hard at all, easy to press. take it back to dealer and talk about it, i believe they just have to take apart console and clean it with some liquid.

    By certified they mean slap a new set of the cheapest tires they can find. Lof and air filter..... Check the cabin air filter. They never replace that but will once you point out its certified with a grungy cabin air filter....

    Only reason I bought certified was for the warranty.... Other than that it's just like any other used car.

    Now BMW Mercedes and let us. Those are actually certified used cars.....
