After reading through this site for some time, I finally picked up a C2 today! Very happy with it and hope to learn more with each day

Waipahu, it was the easiest car buying experience ever. Very happy with my decision. I'll probably service it at Mapunapuna though. Looks like you've been enjoying yours quite well!
Congrats! I've had mine for one week now. Still learning how to better my MPG. I probably would have ended up with the silver but alas there were no C2 silvers in stock.
I bought mine at Mapunapuna. Pleasant salesman but of course they don't bargain on the Cs (and I think all the Priuses) as they sell almost all they get. You probably already know this but try to make service appointment about 2 weeks ahead - Mapunapuna is busy. Servco on South Street not as busy but still best to make appointment ahead of time.
Sweet, thanks for the recommendation! I didn't realize they had one out here in town side. Just finished a drive from Wahiawa to town (about 25mi) and averaged 70 mpg woohoo!
+1 : Whenever I go by cousin's house in Mililani - below Wahiawa/Schofield/Wheeler AAF area - and drive back to town the MPG goes higher than normal (for me). One time as I was driving downhill started at 89-90MPG and car settled down to 69-70MPG and stayed there till I got to Punahou off-ramp. About 23+ miles at 55 to 65 mph. The MPG didn't drop even when I drove over Red Hill. YMMV
I also have silver and I have to admit that I like it. It wouldn't have been my first choice, but the dealer who gave me the best deal only had silver (and LOTS of them in silver). I have come to feel that it really looks sharp, doesn't show the dirt like some other colors, and doesn't get too hot in the hear.
