Ive had mine to 92MPH without issue, or even feeling like it was being strained,
I didn't even realize I was going that fast until I looked down at the speedo..

Ah, the Australian GPS. You're not having the same trouble I am with these numbers?

Note here it says you started at 3:03 and finished at 6:28 which you'd think is 3h25'. Except it says your total time was 3:52:34.

If your total distance was 272 km, then over 3h25' that would average 79.6 km/h. Over 3:52:34 it would average 70.2 km/h.

Next big drive I do I'm going to pull the GPX data from the in-car GPS onto the SD card and also take along my GPS Logger and pull the GPX data from that and compare their values with each other and the car's trip data screens to try to sort it out.

Given I was the one that mentioned a GPS Logger I'll just randomly come in and mention that I use a QStarz TravelRecorder BT-Q1000XT. They have other models more aimed at road nerds who think 1/4 mile or lap times are interesting, but my primary use for the device is for geotagging photos and mapping my travels when away from home (as in, away from Sydney), which is why I have this model.

Separately, my HU obviously is the same as Mr Gee's pictured above.

I saw that they had the day/month switched around moments after my post. LOL it's strange to see how some other folks do it, I couldn't function with the date that way!

I will stop derailing the thread now. My apologies!

Here is a video of Prius C doing 180km/h (111 mph). It's painfully slow acceleration (although they said it's uphill), but doable.

Well put Rob. Didn't notice that discrepancy. Can the data be pulled from the GPS other than what I got?
It allows me to save but for the life of me, cannot figure where it saved to.

Yeah I've picked up on the discrepancy before, then forgot about it, then when I uploaded a similar photo everyone noticed. :)

If you use the export track feature (and a warning - if you have logging turned on at all times and use export all, it can all but hang the system if you haven't deleted the logs in a long time, though the radio functions still work and it will be back to normal next time you start the car), then it saves the GPX files to the SD card. When you park you should choose the eject SD card feature or just turn the car off before removing the card. When you read the SD card on a computer it should be fairly obvious where the logs are, if they're not in the root directory. I normally set the write protect tab before putting it in my computer

Who knows maybe in some areas the Prius C has a governor. Out here in California though I've seen my speedometer at 85, i'd rather not go any faster!

Rob, you can read the SD card?

when I inserted the SD card in my PC, it wants to reformat it.

Yeah I can read it. For what it's worth, other than reading GPX files (that you have explicitly exported on the HU), there's absolutely nothing else useful that can be done. You can't even back up or duplicate the card and you can't replace the maps. Software itself is hard coded in the HU and isn't on the SD card either.
