I got a quote for Prius Three with Solar Moonroof for 24, 650. With tax etc. the price came to 27,250. The car has no additional accessories. Is this a good deal? or should I try to bring it down? what would be a good price for this car?
I just bought a new 2013 package 2 for $24,400 OTD. It would have been $23,400 but I decided to get the 0% financing. Because it is a holiday weekend they had a sale. Good deal?! Its blizzard pearl with dark grey interior. Really wanted nav but it was too expensive!
nav , to me wasnt good. get u a garmin or use ur smart phone. that is a great price ! my seaglass pearl 2 was 27 K out the door with leather bisque. got mats and tint with it. i couldve done better, but 0% financing was the clincher and great value on my trade in! happy to have a prius !..look into taking thos hubcaps off..see how u like it all black
ALSO....Just bought a new 2013 package 2. I got the extra maintenance for up to 75,000 miles for $1,380 and also the warranty which protects any dents for $600. I am thinking I shouldnt have done these two... but wanted some advice!!!!!!!!!!
Just bought yesterday, new 2013 Prius C1 for $17,600 before tax. No trade in. I'm really excited!! I can honestly say that after spending over a month haggling with several dealers, this is the best price I can get at this point in my area. If you got it for less then you rock!
Picked up our 2013 BW Prius 2 for $24700 OTD in SoCal (read: high taxes). Super happy with the deal and the 0% financing.
I just picked up a Prius 3 with solar moonroof today and got the same deal as you. Thanks for posting your deal. SPH-L710 ? 2
Hi all -- in a rush of Labor Day exuberance, today I bought with cash a metallic gray 2013 Prius II for $21,436 ($23,750 OTD). This is in the Bay Area. The breakdown: Price=$22,436 + fees (TTL etc) = $24,750 -1000 cash back =$23,750 My technique was to start with a TrueCar quote ($21,768) and do a couple dealer visits, but mostly I shopped over the phone. About 5 hrs of negotiation resulted in the lower price. In retrospect I would have preferred to have spent those 5 hours BBQing. I made the mistake of negotiating the base price instead of the OTD price. After striking a deal, when the agent threw in taxes & fees, I realized it didn't match the TTL numbers from the calculator on California's DMV website. I suspect they slipped a few BS fees into their calculations (something about $8/tire!?) Oh well. I'm a very happy camper with my new eco-wheels.
1st post, been lurking for a while so be nice.... I've been watching for a good deal locally and stumbled on a 2011 Prius 4 with nav & solar roof. It is just off lease with 27k miles. They are playing the inflate the trade game & I haven't countered yet. Any thoughts on below. 22,995 - 9079 trade for my 2010 GLS Sonata. Gives me 13,916 plus TT. Also looking at a 2013 Prius 2 with 9k miles for within a grand of the same numbers.
I seemed to have good luck at Toyota Carlsbad in North County SD. Very good pricing and a very low pressure sales experience. I wish my salesman was a little more enthusiastic but whatever... we got the car we wanted and got out of there.
Bought the Prius II at a dealer in San Diego for OTD of $23489.89 on Labor Day. It's a basic package without any add-on. No-trade in either. For the active military family, the OTD would be <= $23000 ($500 cheaper for the car price). Is there any non-dealer, good mechanic shops in San Diego which: do good job on Prius maintainence and repair? or offer better and cheaper maintainence warranty and the repair warranty (than the dealer)?
Over Labor Day weekend, I bought a 2013 Prius Two Winter Gray Metallic in Northern CA. Got 0% financing for 60 months, but no rebates. Car (included mats and tinted windows - no other extras): $22000 Doc fee: $80 LoJack: $795 Tracker: $189 Electronic Vehicle Registration: $15 Subtotal: $23079 Taxes, License, Registration, Tire Fee (combined): $2114.47
I got a Prius 4 with solar from Tustin Toyota for 32480 OTD. 0 down and 0 apr. Best deal I could find after contacting 20 dealers.
