What is the best OBD Bluetooth adaptor for the 2013 Prius c Two. I will be running the Torque Android app. John
Search ELM327 on Amazon and there's a whole bunch of reviews you can peruse from actual users of the products. SCH-I535
elm327 is great. i have it but i dont use it anymore. remember it wont work with iphones. for iphones you need the wifi model
I use a Vgate adaptor (with Torque) which has proved excellent. It can handle a claimed 24 pids/sec, and has an on/off switch so you can leave it plugged in without a drain on the battery.
Which version? On eBay is see8 different versions of the Vgate OBD scanner: 1 ELM327 2 ELM327 V1.4b 3 ELM327 V1.5 4 some with power switch on the right 5 some with power switch on left 6 some for Bluetooth 7 some for WiFi 8 some for iCar John
Mine looks like this - ignore the label which is from a local distributor. Look for Elm327 Bluetooth OBD2 Diagnostic Tool with Switch - latest version for Bluetooth
is our Vgate is something like the image attached? Is it still functioning? Planning to get one but worry about how long it will last if I use it everyday. I like to see RPM, hybrid battery SOC, etc while driving.
I used this... ...as the Bluetooth device to provide data to the Torque app on my phone to film this...
can someone direct me to the topic about the PIDS for the prius c ( and so yaris i hope ) can't seem to find it.
